WHAT HAPPENS FROM MAY 25th, 2018?

Starting from this date, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) will be implemented, which will be applicable to all entities/organizations that process personal data. This means that any operator/entity that processes personal data must comply with these new requirements and provide transparent information about how data is processed.

WHY ARE MY DATA PROCESSED?

Due to the need to comply with GDPR regulations and the fact that we are dedicated to taking care of your personal data (which may include your name, email address, etc. depending on the purpose of processing) stored in our database, we inform you that this data is only used for the successful completion of the processes carried out in the relationship with you (including, but not limited to, INVOICING, OFFERING, SERVICE PROVISION, CUSTOMER SUPPORT SERVICE, RECRUITMENT).

INFORMATION ON THE APPLICATION OF GDPR WITHIN AMG SOLUTION VISION SRL

0. INTRO:

Starting from May 25th, 2018, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) will be applicable to all entities/organizations that process personal data. Please consult this document as it expresses the data protection policy of the company AMG SOLUTION VISION S.R.L.

We process personal data exclusively within the legal provisions related to personal data protection.

2. YOUR RIGHTS AS A DATA SUBJECT WITH RESPECT TO THE PROCESSING OF PROVIDED PERSONAL DATA:

2.1. RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT AND HOW TO EXERCISE THEM

According to the GDPR, as a data subject, you benefit from a set of rights, specifically:

a. The right to be informed and to have access to personal data: the right to obtain confirmation whether or not personal data concerning you is being processed and, if so, access to that data.

b. The right to rectification: the right to request and obtain without undue delay the rectification of inaccurate personal data concerning you and/or to obtain completion of incomplete personal data, with the mention that in the case of an online account, you can personally make these changes from the account data editing section.

c. The right to erasure (the right to be forgotten): the right to obtain the erasure of personal data concerning you without undue delay, in certain situations mentioned in the GDPR.

d. The right to restriction of processing: the right to obtain restriction of processing in certain cases.

e. The right to data portability: the right to receive personal data concerning you and to transmit those data to another controller.

f. The right to object: the right to object at any time to processing of personal data concerning you, under certain conditions provided by the GDPR.

g. The right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling, which produces legal effects concerning you or similarly significantly affects you.

h. The right to lodge a complaint with the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP) if you consider that your data has not been processed in accordance with legal provisions.

How can you exercise these rights?

To exercise the aforementioned rights, please address a written, dated, and signed request to the email address: office@amgsolution.ro.

In what time do we respond to your requests?

Within a maximum of one month from the receipt of your request, we will provide you with information on the actions taken or, where appropriate, on the reasons for not taking the measures requested.

Note: Please note that, to comply with a request for access to personal data, we will take all reasonable measures to verify the identity of the data subject.

3. RECIPIENTS OR CATEGORIES OF RECIPIENTS OF PERSONAL DATA:

Recipients who process personal data within the European Union have the obligation to respect the same legal provisions, providing the same level of protection as the controller.

3.3. DISCLOSURE TO PUBLIC INSTITUTIONS, COURTS, AND COMPETENT AUTHORITIES TO INVESTIGATE CRIMINAL OFFENSES
